Tell me some FREE WEBSITES where i can publish my website.(MY OWN CODING).The website must allow html,php,asp,jsp and all other possible web page makers.I must be able to upload .exe files in it.

I wouldn’t bother with a free website, especially for the kinds of things you are trying to do. They offer inferior services, and they end up charging you more than a real webhost would cost.
