It’s not Photoshop but it is free.

May 5th, 2011 admin Question by me: what website is best for editing pictures?
totally free website. has a large photo capacity. and has lots of great editing tools. i have to be able to either post pictures directly from website into a blog or i can just save them to my computer and upload them, doesn’t matter which as long as i can at least do one. thank you.

or just download PhotoFiltre, pretty much the same thing as photoshop but free and fast.
